
Strawberry banana has always been a favourite of mine. Tastes like childhood and Orange Julius smoothies!
Strawberry Banana Oatmeal
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except maple syrup to a saucepan over medium heat, cook until all liquid is absorbed.
- Serve oats, drizzle with maple syrup, and top with additional sliced strawberries and bananas. Enjoy!
