For days where you need breakfast and you need it to be caffeinated.
Caramel Macchiato Oatmeal
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 1 tsp caramel extract
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Add oats, coconut milk, strong coffee, caramel extract, 2 tbsp maple syrup and vanilla to saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently, and cook until liquid is fully absorbed.
- Serve oatmeal. Drizzle remaining maple syrup on top and enjoy!
