Caramel Macchiato Oatmeal

For days where you need breakfast and you need it to be caffeinated.

Caramel Macchiato Oatmeal

Serves 2


  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup strong coffee
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp caramel extract
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Add oats, coconut milk, strong coffee, caramel extract, 2 tbsp maple syrup and vanilla to saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently, and cook until liquid is fully absorbed.
  2. Serve oatmeal. Drizzle remaining maple syrup on top and enjoy!
