Rosemary Orange Oatmeal

I’ve been experimenting with ways to use my glorious herb garden in my oatmeals, and this one was a winner!

Rosemary Orange Oatmeal

Serves 2


  • 1/2 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Juice and zest of one orange
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, chopped fine
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup


  1. Add all ingredients except maple syrup to a saucepan over medium heat, cook until all liquid is absorbed.
  2. Serve oats, drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
