
I’ve been experimenting with ways to use my glorious herb garden in my oatmeals, and this one was a winner!
Rosemary Orange Oatmeal
Serves 2
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup hot water
- Juice and zest of one orange
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary, chopped fine
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Add all ingredients except maple syrup to a saucepan over medium heat, cook until all liquid is absorbed.
- Serve oats, drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
