It’s collddddd outside, and I didn’t want to go to Starbucks for something sweet and warming. So, let’s make it ourselves! These are RICH, so be ready for them. You’ll be on a chocolate high all day!
- 1/2 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1 cup strong coffee
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- Add oats, coconut milk, strong coffee, cocoa powder, 2 tbsp maple syrup and vanilla to saucepan over medium-low heat. Stir frequently, and cook until liquid is fully absorbed.
- Serve oatmeal. Drizzle maple syrup on top and enjoy!
