Chocolate Banana Oats

Because, if you’re going to have breakfast, make it chocolate.

Chocolate Banana Oats

Serves two

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients but one banana to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
  2. Serve oats, garnish with remaining banana, sliced, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
