Banana Bread Oats

I try not to eat so much wheat, so if I’m gonna have banana bread, I’m gonna make it breakfast.

Banana Bread Oats

Serves two

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup steel-cut oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring frequently.
  2. Serve oats, drizzle with maple syrup. Enjoy!
